  1. Competent EODs (End of Days)
  2. Current ILP, referencing: old ILP; learning team goals (from last exhibition or gateway); MAP scores; learning styles; and Essential Knowledge Checklist
  3. Last Exhibition was Proficient or better
  4. Complete Schedule Planner (with weekly goals, correlated to ILP) and online calendar
  5. Receive FOUR Essential Knowledge credits in past five months
  6. Progress in Phase Habits
  7. No current official warnings
  8. Minimum assessment of Proficient in the following Habits:

  • Ownership: Proficient in the following indicators
    • Investment in Learning (Invests readily)
    • Responsibility for Learning (Views responsibility for learning as mutual between teacher and self; honestly accounts for actions.
  • Quality Work: Proficient in all the indicators
    • Quality Work (Understands why it is important to always do best quality work)
    • Setting Standards (Is fully involved in setting expectations and standards for work)
    • Desire to Continuously Improve (Understands that work can continually improve)
    • Striving for Excellence (Revises work to improve it, using feedback)
  • Character: Proficient in the following indicators
    • Dealing with Others (Treats others with honesty, consideration and respect regardless of the situation)
    • Reliance on Authority (Considers rules and boundaries when acting
  • Decision Making: Proficient in all the indicators
    • Understanding the Reason for Decisions (Evaluates options and chooses the one most likely to achieve results)
    • Responsibility for Decisions (Takes some responsibility for decisions)
